The Holland House
A single-family home next to the inn, across the street from Owasco Lake:
- 3 bedrooms with 6 beds; the primary bedroom is on the ground floor
- 2 full baths and 1 half bath
- Full kitchen and laundry
- WiFi, air conditioning and free on-site parking
- Shared lake frontage
- Sleeps 10 comfortably, with room for up to 12. An extra nightly fee applies to the 11th and 12th guests.
- $295 cleaning fee per reservation. A multi-night minimum applies; confirm the current minimum when you book.

- Check-in is 3:00 pm; check-out is 11:00 am.
- A credit card is required. A deposit of one night plus tax is charged at booking.
